La Chalupa was INCREDIBLE. First meal in San Pancho and we were not let down. My partner and I both got the pescado ceviche tostada and 3 sopes. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Don’t sleep on this place!

Excellent down home eating! Stopped in for lunch at 3pm on a Sunday and the place was hopping! Nothing fancy, but great authentic food and friendly service. Features local fish and has a menu del dia for 70 pesos. I had the garlic shrimp and it was super tasty. Highly recommended if you don’t want a tourist oriented meal.

La Chalupa is one of the original family restaurants in San Pancho. It's good is the same as it was 25 years ago. We love the place. If you want to actually experience small coastal village Mexican food this is the place. No overpriced meals here.

Went there for the ceviche. It didn’t disappoint! We were 3 and ordered the ceviche and the nachos and we couldn’t finish our plates. The portions are big and the food is delicious!

Probably the oldest restaurant in town. And it hasn't changed over the years. Good food, reasonable prices and the atmosphere of a small village, not of a seaside resort. With the Chalupa you can't go wrong and forget to try their great ceviche!
